RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are happy with the items you purchased but if for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase there is no problem and you can either return or replace your item.

In any case of return or replace an item, please send us an email to info@dannymarcow.com with your order number, details of the item you wish to return or replace and the reason and we will contact you within 3 business day.

You may return or replace the item within 14 days from the receiving date. Discount items can be returned not more than 5 days from the receiving date.

You will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS the lower between them on each cancellation.

You may return or replace an item as long it is unused, no damage has been caused to it and the label is still attached.

In case of a returned item, if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Domestic shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

You will receive credit for the returned item within 14 days from the date of return.

Exchange is possible up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

On discount items exchange is possible up to 5 days.

International shipping:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

You will receive credit for the returned item within 14 days from the date of return.

Exchange is possible up to 14 days from the date of purchase.

In case of replacing an item for another, once the returned item will be delivered to our store, we will deliver the replaced item to the desired address, with the fee of 60 ILS for delivery.

Special items:

Special items are items that are being specially hand cut and sewn by size for each order. Special items can not be refunded and can be returned for store credit only.
